Conditions of Reproduction

The Roebling Museum is pleased to make reproductions from its collection. While we attempt to accommodate the research and publication needs of our patrons, limitations may apply.

Written permission to reproduce/publish images must be secured from the Roebling Museum. Permission is granted for one-time, one edition use only. Patrons wishing to reuse the same images must make a separate request.

The Roebling Museum retains all applicable property rights associated with the reproduced materials, including those of further reproduction and/or publication. If the item is additionally protected by another party's copyright and intended use may be an infringement, it is the sole responsibility of the requestor to determine copyright holder and secure permission with that party. The Roebling Museum grants no exclusive rights to any publisher, author or photographer and assumes no responsibility for duplication of subjects by others and responsibilities for claims by third parties.

Reproductions used in printed publications, on film and video, on websites and in exhibitions are to be credited with the following: Courtesy Roebling Museum, Ferdinand Roebling III Archives.

The requestor will give the Roebling Museum one complimentary copy of any published work in which the reproduction appears.

The Roebling Museum reserves the right to limit the number of reproductions, restrict use of rare or fragile materials, and institute special fees for items requiring special handling.
