Permanent Collections

The Museum collections include objects and documents salvaged from the Kinkora Works by the Environmental Protection agency or donated by private individuals.

The mill objects range from large railroad and steel mill equipment already moved by EPA to the Museum's Millyard to small hand tools. The mill objects also include a large amount of strand and wire rope, machinery, and several thousand wooden patterns of machine parts. Privately donated objects include J.A.R.'s Sons Co. identification badges, photographs, drawings, catalogs, and strand and wire rope samples, Roebling school records and village memorabilia, paintings and some Roebling family items. Many of these items were collected since 1981 by the Roebling Historical Society, which transferred them to the Museum in 2009.

The Museum is interested in additional donations of Roebling Company, family and village objects and documents.
